TERMS & CONDITION
This agreement is made and entered into before start of Hajj 2025 between AM HAFIZ TRAVEL & TOURS (PRIVATE) LIMITED to Hajj 2025 & the pilgrim to travelling to hajj 2025.
- 100% payment of the selected package to be deposited at the time of Hajj 2025 booking.
- Package price remain same however number of days stay in Makkah and Madinah may increase & decrease.
- In case of cancellation, only ticket charges will be refundable (if not issued).
- In case of No Show Company will not responsible of any airline charges.
- In case of currency depreciation, difference of exchange rate on unpaid amount will be charged from customer.
- For international travelers only airfare difference has to be paid. Which may vary by sector.
- If any new tax imposed by the Ministry of Airline then it will be charged.
- Company will not be responsible for any inconvenience, loss or damage incurred during travel.
- Star hotel rooms are proper 2 beds room (extra bed will be added for triple & quad room basis may affect room space, in that case company cannot entertain due to the hotel & KSA Govt policies.
